WARRANTY COVERAGE

All surplus material offered by Asset Re-Source is subject to inspection and acceptance by the Client and is offered as-is, where-is without warranty unless otherwise specifically memorialized in writing by Asset Re-Source.

The application and use of the materials sold by Asset Re-Source are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and Buyer may need industry standard testing and/or re-certification before use.

When Buyer submits a bid, it is a binding obligation to transact on the lot in accordance to the terms set forth, and is not retractable, cancellable, or refundable.

Payment is due immediately upon execution of the purchase and sale agreement. Buyers are encouraged to pay by wire. Credit card payments will incur a 4.00% credit card processing fee.

No, redlines to the purchase and sale agreement will not be accepted. All bids submitted are considered legally binding and Buyer agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth in the purchase and sale agreement.

Sales tax may apply depending on the buyer's location and applicable state laws. Buyers are responsible for determining their tax obligations. Asset Re-Source will collect applicable sales tax where required by law.
