Why Sell With Asset
Re-Source
Asset Re-Source has the widest network of surplus energy asset buyers in the United
States. Our portfolio companies have spent the last 25 years building a network of
qualified buyers with a strong mix of end-users, refurbishers, and specialized brokers.
With no listing fees, and the ability to customize Asset Listing time frames, Asset
Re-Source is the ideal partner for sellers who have surplus material that have enough
time to locate end-users in scenarios where material is “for sale…not on sale”.
Additionally, if sellers have material that needs to be sold and removed in a specific
time frame, Asset Re-Source is able to quickly and efficiently facilitate transactions
to meet the seller’s deadlines.
SELLING IN FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
01
REGISTER AS A SELLER
Registration is simple. Sellers and Asset Re-Source will execute a listing agreement. Have a listing agreement? No problem. Need a listing agreement? We can provide a template for your review. Sellers will need to provide a W9 and payment remittance information.
02
LIST YOUR ITEM(S)
Sellers will provide pertinent information about the items that are being listed. Historically, the more the buyer knows (and can see) the higher the return to sellers will be. Asset Re-Source will work with sellers to collect as much information as possible. If sellers need assistance in cataloging lots of material, Asset Re-Source is here to help!
03
COMMUNICATE WITH BUYERS
Asset Re-Source serves as a buffer between sellers and buyers. We will promptly communicate with buyers who may have questions about the lot or bidding process. If material inspection is requested, Asset-Resource will coordinate with site contacts provided.
04
COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION
Asset Re-Source will be there every step of the way from cradle to grave to see the transaction through. Once the bid has closed, Asset Re-Source will provide a bid tabulation and summary to sellers. Once approved, Asset Re-Source will assist in the execution and countersigning of Bill of Sale, Purchase and Sale Agreement, or other applicable documents. Asset Re-Source will invoice buyers, collect payment, and remit funds to the seller.
