Is my bid binding?
When Buyer submits a bid, it is a binding obligation to transact on the lot in accordance to the terms set forth, and is not retractable, cancellable, or refundable.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due immediately upon execution of the purchase and sale agreement. Buyers are encouraged to pay by wire. Credit card payments will incur a 4.00% credit card processing fee.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, credit card payments are accepted. However, credit card payments will incur a 4.00% credit card processing fee. Wire transfers are encouraged to avoid this fee.
Can I redline the Purchase Contract?
No, redlines to the purchase and sale agreement will not be accepted. All bids submitted are considered legally binding and Buyer agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth in the purchase and sale agreement.
Taxes:
Sales tax may apply depending on the buyer’s location and applicable state laws. Buyers are responsible for determining their tax obligations. Asset Re-Source will collect applicable sales tax where required by law.
