Sellers using the Asset Re‑Source platform may choose from multiple asset listing formats. Each listing format defines how pricing is presented, how offers or bids are submitted, and how a sale may be concluded. All assets are offered subject to the terms and conditions of the platform and any listing‑specific requirements.
Available listing formats include:
- Buy Now
- Make Offer
- Sealed Bid
Buy Now
A Buy Now listing allows the buyer to purchase the asset immediately at a fixed price set by the seller. The buyer agrees to the price offered by the seller, and once confirmed, the purchase is complete.
The listed price represents the full purchase price of the asset, exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, shipping, and handling costs. The first buyer to complete checkout and satisfy all transaction requirements purchases the asset. No bidding or negotiation occurs in Buy Now listings. The seller is obligated to proceed with the sale once a Buy Now transaction is executed.
Make Offer
A Make Offer listing allows buyers to submit an offer for seller review. Buyers may submit an offer at any amount, unless minimum offer thresholds are specified. Offers are binding for 3 business days. Asset Re-Source can accept, counter or decline any offer.
If your offer is declined, you will be able to submit a new offer. If the seller counters your offer, you have 3 business days to respond. Submission of an offer does not constitute a binding agreement until formally accepted. Sellers may continue to receive offers, high offer maintains the first right of refusal until the listing is removed or another offer is accepted.
Sealed Bids
A Sealed Bid listing allows buyers to submit confidential bids during a defined bidding period for the seller to review. The seller may select any of the bids received. The seller is not obligated to accept the highest bid, and may reject any or all bids at their discretion.
Bidding periods and deadlines are strictly enforced. Bids may be subject to minimum bid thresholds.
Bid Payment and Fees
Payment is due within 48 hours once the invoice is received. Sales tax is collected where applicable.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, ACH, and credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 4.00% credit card processing fee.
Buyer’s Premiums and Fees
A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all transactions.
‘As Is’ Condition
All items sold on Asset Re-Source.com are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranty, representations, or guarantees, unless otherwise memorialized in writing. The transaction will be governed by the purchase and sale agreement.
