Tyler Williams
Founder
Tyler Williams founded Asset Resource to meet a critical need in the energy industry: a customer-focused, transparent marketplace for surplus equipment. After years of working with traditional surplus companies, Tyler saw firsthand the limitations and inefficiencies sellers and buyers faced. Asset Resource was born from his vision to create a more open, tech-forward, and service-driven platform tailored to the real needs of the market.
With more than 25 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, Tyler has successfully led the acquisition, reclamation, and resale of thousands of miles of pipeline and related equipment. His deep industry knowledge and strategic mindset have helped countless clients unlock value from idle or underutilized assets.
Tyler attended Oklahoma State University and now enjoys golf, boating on Flathead Lake in Montana, and spending time with his wife and five children—one attending Oxford, one at Harvard, one at Tufts, one a high school senior, and one in middle school.
Josh Averitt
President
Mr. Averitt serves as the President of Asset Re-Source and ARS Global. He has over 15 years of experience in the divesture and internal redeployment of surplus oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining Asset Re-Source and ARS Global, Mr. Averitt worked as a contractor to ExxonMobil, Syncrude, and Oxy selling surplus upstream and downstream equipment and assets. During his contract tenure with ExxonMobil and Syncrude, Mr. Averitt grew third party sales of Canadian surplus assets from $0 to $72MM annually. He also managed the Asset Recovery program at Enterprise Products and was directly responsible for the management of inventory in excess of $60MM as well as internal redeployment of pipe, valve, and fitting inventory. Mr. Averitt also increased sales of surplus pipe, valve, and fitting inventory to outside buyers from $5MM to $12MM annually. Since joining Asset Re-Source and ARS Global, Mr. Averitt has been an integral part of the purchase and sale of large capital project surplus material packages as well as implementing policies and procedures for cost savings and efficiency gains. He has also purchased and sold multiple idle pipeline systems for removal and reclamation.
Josh is a current member of the Pipeliners Association of Houston, San Antonio Pipeliners Association, Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners, and the Investment Recovery Association. He is a lifelong Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University. Josh and his wife enjoy all outdoor activities with their son.
Clinton Haston
Vice President
Clint Haston plays a key role at Asset Resource, specializing in equipment remarketing and online asset sales across the energy and industrial sectors. With a strong background in surplus asset management and digital sales platforms, Clinton helps clients efficiently convert idle equipment into recovered capital through strategic marketing and targeted buyer outreach.
At Asset Resource, Clint manages the full lifecycle of the sales process—from asset evaluation and listing strategy to buyer engagement and transaction execution. His ability to connect sellers with qualified buyers accelerates deal flow while maximizing return on surplus steel, oil & gas, and industrial equipment. He is particularly effective at leveraging online auction platforms and technology-driven marketplaces to expand reach and improve transaction efficiency.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Clint builds lasting partnerships grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through. His strengths include clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong understanding of market dynamics within asset recovery and industrial resale. His commitment to service and results supports Asset Resource’s mission to deliver a more efficient, customer-focused marketplace for surplus equipment.
Dan Mcknight
Director of Financing
Dan serves as Director of Financing at Asset Re-Source. He has been with the ANCE Capital Group and its family of brands since 2021. His career includes acting as CFO to major pipeline construction companies.
Dan is a proud grad from OSU with an undergraduate and graduate degree in accounting.

Patrick Bourgeois

Patrick Bourgeois is a Houston native, U.S. Navy veteran, and energy professional with over 20 years of experience driving growth across the oil and gas sector. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Texas Southern University.
Patrick began his career in the field as a Service Technician, gaining hands-on technical expertise that continues to inform his work today. He later transitioned into Business Development, where he successfully sold drilling and completion systems to major operators in the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa.
He is known for his ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives, building strong client relationships, delivering value-driven service, and consistently improving sales performance and profitability.
At Asset Resource, Patrick leverages his deep industry knowledge and extensive network to connect buyers and sellers across the energy marketplace. His ability to quickly assess needs and execute strategic solutions helps clients accelerate transactions and maximize outcomes.
Outside of work, Patrick is passionate about giving back. He has volunteered for 18 years with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Livestock Committee, where he serves as Vice Chairman, and previously spent nine years as a board member for Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County.

Audrey Walch

Audrey has worked with ARS Global and Asset Re-Source since 2021, lending expertise and guidance in accounting and controlling programs. Her early career experience includes planning, leading, and completing audits for a variety of industries, including banking, manufacturing, not-for-profits, and service companies.
Audrey completed her accounting degree at University of Houston – Clear Lake.
